They Were Encouraged
And Supported
By
The Community

Whitney Houston amazing talent was discovered early as a child and the community encouraged her and afforded her every opportunity through supporting her and encouraging her to sing even when she didn't believe in herself. She went on to be one of the greatest superstars that hit the charts.
OUR CHILDREN ARE PRECIOUS JEWELS THAT WERE GIFTED FROM THE WOMB. WE HAVE TO NURTURE THAT GIFT WITH SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGEMENT
MOTHER BEHOLD THY SON

It does not matter how wealthy or educated you are; or how much you can give a child materialistically. What matters are the small things that bring life to bring joy, peace and focus to a child's life. The word tells us to train up a child in the right path and even if they stray, they will return to his teachings. In other words, he will not depart from those ways.

So much of the talent around us have simply not been nurtured nor encouraged and given the opportunity to express their new and evolving talents and views. This enormous gap of communication has caused many talents and skills to go unrecognized and left to lay dormant.
It's The Little Things In Life
Encourage them to dream big; To leave no stone unturned, and to believe in themselves. Then finally to put their dream into action by taking advantage of every opportunity that supports their dream. As long as we encourage them to seek God first, education second, and to stay out of trouble, is the perfect foundation to believe oneself and to dream large.

I remember when I was a young child in the 5th grade and a relative who just happen to be an educator would always ask me "What did you learn today?" I remember always being prepared to tell this cousin what I'd learned for the day. Since then, I would try to learn something new every day. He taught me the importance of constantly developing myself and trying to become smarter and a better person. He taught and prepared me to "never stop learning, because life never stops teaching". Let's encourage our youth to dare to be different. While other friends are hanging out, and or obsessed with social media or other engaged distractions; encourage them to work on themselves. To Practice, to study, to exercise, to eat healthy. This is a great formula for success continued development in a world that is constantly changing and evolving.

Encourage them to develop a lifestyle of confidence in their abilities, and to let no one even friends who try to discourage and distract them from seeking their dreams.
